Ingredients

1pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Teriyaki
1package frozen peas and carrots
1 egg
1/4cup chopped onion
2Tbsp. soy sauce
1Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

1. Scramble egg in pan, set aside on plate.
2. In same pan add oil and onion; cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add carrots and peas, and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Mix in rice and soy sauce for 2 minutes.
5. Combine all ingredients and serve.
