Instructions
1. Brown pork chops in oil.
2. In 2-quart baking dish (12" x 8" x 2") add rice, beef broth, one soup can of water, carrots, onions, steak sauce, salt, pepper and basil.
3. Arrange pork chops over rice mixture.
4. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes.
5. Uncover and continue baking 10 minutes more or until all water is absorbed.
