Dilled Baked Chicken Breasts Parmesan

Ingredients

2cups UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2cup chopped tomato
8oz. frozen peas
1tsp. dill weed
1/2cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1/2cup water

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Season the breasts evenly with the dill, and salt & pepper if desired.
3. Mix the rice, tomatoes, peas, cheese and water together.
4. Place the rice mixture in a large casserole dish and lay the seasoned breasts on top.
5. Bake in the oven uncovered until the chicken is fully cooked, about 25 minutes.

Top with more parmesan cheese before serving.
