Ingredients
| 2 | boxes UNCLE BEN’S® COUNTRY INN® Broccoli Rice Au Gratin |
| 1 | lb. imitation crab legs chopped |
| 1 | green bell pepper sliced into rings |
| 4 | cups lettuce shredded |
| 2 | hard boiled eggs quartered |
| 1 | tsp. lemon juice |
| 1 | can black olives sliced |
| 1/2 | tsp. Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 | Tbsp. chili sauce |
| 1/4 | cup mayonnaise |
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to directions for 2 boxes. Cool slightly.
2. Mix rice together with crab legs, lettuce, eggs, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Garnish with green bell pepper rings and black olives.
4. Serve warm or cold.
