Country Inn Chicken Skillet

Ingredients

2boxes UNCLE BEN’S® COUNTRY INN® Broccoli Rice Au Gratin
3lb. chicken tenders boneless and skinless cut into ½" slices
1cup mushrooms sliced
110 oz. package English peas
2cups reduced-fat chicken broth
1Tbsp. salt-free seasoning
1Tbsp. oil

Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt-free seasoning. Heat oil in nonstick skillet; sauté chicken 4 to 5 minutes.
2. Add peas, mushrooms and contents of Country Inn package to skillet. Mix gently, add chicken broth.
3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Serve chicken with rice.
