Ingredients
| 2 | boxes UNCLE BEN’S® COUNTRY INN® Broccoli Rice Au Gratin |
| 3 | lb. chicken tenders boneless and skinless cut into ½" slices |
| 1 | cup mushrooms sliced |
| 1 | 10 oz. package English peas |
| 2 | cups reduced-fat chicken broth |
| 1 | Tbsp. salt-free seasoning |
| 1 | Tbsp. oil |
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt-free seasoning. Heat oil in nonstick skillet; sauté chicken 4 to 5 minutes.
2. Add peas, mushrooms and contents of Country Inn package to skillet. Mix gently, add chicken broth.
3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Serve chicken with rice.
