Ingredients
| 2 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice |
| 6 | chicken breast halves |
| 1 | can tart cherries |
| 1 1/4 | cups orange juice |
| 1/2 | tsp. cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp. cloves |
| 1 | cup water (approximate) |
| 1/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | tsp. salt |
| 2 | Tbsp. vegetable oil |
| 1 | Tbsp. rice vinegar |
Dice the chicken and toss with rice if desired

Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts with the salt and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. In a large skillet sear them well in the oil and brown the meat. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the rice and allow it to crisp; add the cherries and seasoning from package, rice vinegar and brown sugar.
3. Combine the juice from the cherries, orange juice and enough water to make 3 1/4 cups total. Bring to a simmer and place the seared chicken on top and insert cloves into chicken breasts. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Remove chicken and set aside
5. Remove cloves from chicken and top rice with chicken and sauce.
