| 1 | 16 oz. can chili (no beans) |
| 1/2 | cup chopped onion |
| 3/4 | cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese |
Instructions
1. Heat chili on high in microwave for 3 minutes.
2. Follow microwave directions for rice.
3. Pour into individual bowls. Top with chili, cheese and onions.
