116 oz. can chili (no beans)
1/2cup chopped onion
3/4cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Heat chili on high in microwave for 3 minutes.
2. Follow microwave directions for rice.
3. Pour into individual bowls. Top with chili, cheese and onions.
