Ingredients
| 4 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® Instant Rice |
| 1 | bunch broccoli chopped and blanched |
| 1 | red bell pepper cut into thin strips |
| 2 | apples cubed |
| 1 | tsp. ginger |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | bunch green onions chopped |
| 2 | Tbsp. soy sauce |
| 1/4 | cup apple cider vinegar |
| 1/2 | cup vegetable oil |
| 1 | Tbsp. Honey |
| 1 | Tbsp. sesame oil |
| 1 | tsp. dry mustard |
| 1/4 | cup toasted sesame seeds |
Add in crumbled crispy bacon and/or toasted almond slivers.

Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions. Set aside and cool.
2. Mix garlic, apple cider vinegar, honey, dry mustard, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and vegetable oil together.
3. Toss rice, broccoli, apple, green onion, and red bell pepper with dressing.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
