Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. In a saucepan, combine rice, cheese sauce, beans, tomatoes and cumin. Cook over medium-low heat 3-4 minutes until hot. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Stir in cilantro.
4. To serve, spoon 3 tablespoons rice mixture onto warm tortilla, add garnishes as desired and roll up.
5. Optional Garnishes: Chopped onions, shredded lettuce, nonfat sour cream, sliced ripe olives, sliced avocados or Monterrey Jack Cheese.
