1 UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Family Size Original Long Grain Rice
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese or jack cheese
114 oz. can low-sodium chili with beans

Instructions

1. Place rice in 8" X 8" microwave-safe dish. Add canned chili and top with cheese.
2. Cover dish and microwave on high for 3 ½ minutes.
3. Serve with toasted bagels, muffins or biscuits.
