Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 1 | can tuna drained and flaked |
| 1/2 | cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese |
| 1 | package cooked chicken diced |
| 1 | cup sour cream |
| 1 | can pitted olives |
| 2 | Tbsp. green onions sliced |
| 1/4 | cup mayonnaise |
| 3 | Tbsp. green chiles roasted, peeled, and chopped |
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. In a large bowl, combine rice, olives, sour cream, cheese, mayonnaise, green chilies and green onion.
2. Mix well. Carefully stir in chicken and tuna. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
