Chili and Sour Cream Salad

Ingredients

1 1/2cups UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice
1can tuna drained and flaked
1/2cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1package cooked chicken diced
1cup sour cream
1can pitted olives
2Tbsp. green onions sliced
1/4cup mayonnaise
3Tbsp. green chiles roasted, peeled, and chopped

Instructions

1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. In a large bowl, combine rice, olives, sour cream, cheese, mayonnaise, green chilies and green onion.
2. Mix well. Carefully stir in chicken and tuna. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

tips and notes
Use as a dip for tortilla chips or filling for a quesadilla. May add more cheese if desired.
