1/4cup parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions

1. In microwave safe dish, add vegetables and marinara sauce. Cover and heat on high for 2 minutes.
2. Heat rice according to package instructions.
3. Combine rice and vegetable mixture.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
