Ingredients

1 UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Rice Pilaf
1package cooked chicken breast strips
1can stewed tomatoes
1/4cup chopped onion
1/4cup chopped parsley
1Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

1. Over medium heat add olive oil to pan and sauté chopped onions for 2 minutes.
2. Add chicken and tomatoes.
3. Combine rice with tomato mixture for 90 seconds.
4. Serve with parsley sprinkled on top.
