Ingredients

1pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild Rice
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1tsp. ginger powder
1/2cup brown sugar
1/4cup Honey
1/4cup Dijon Mustard
1can Del Monte® Cut Green Beans drained
1/2cup Champagne

Instructions

1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
3. Grill, bake or pan-sear chicken breasts until no longer pink in center.
4. In a small saucepan add champagne, brown sugar, honey, Dijon and ginger.
5. Over medium heat, stir mixture often until a glaze forms, about 4 minutes.
Apply glaze to chicken and serve with Long Grain & Wild rice and heated Del Monte green beans.
