Ingredients
| 1 | pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Long Grain & Wild Rice |
| 4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts |
| 1 | tsp. ginger powder |
| 1/2 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | can Del Monte® Cut Green Beans drained |
| 1/2 | cup champagne |
| 1/4 | cup honey |
| 1/4 | cup Dijon mustard |
Instructions
1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
3. Grill, bake or pan-sear chicken breasts until no longer pink in center.
4. In a small saucepan, add champagne, brown sugar, honey, Dijon and ginger.
5. Over medium heat, stir mixture often until a glaze forms, about 4 minutes.
6. Apply glaze to chicken and serve with Long Grain & Wild Rice and heated green beans.
