| 2 | oz. cooked shrimp fresh or canned |
| 3 | Tbsp. pineapple pieces drained |
| 1/2 | green bell pepper |
| 2 | stalks celery |
| 1 1/3 | cups water (to prepare rice) |
| salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Chop pepper and celery.
3. Mix pepper and celery with rice and pineapple.
4. Check seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with shrimps.
