2oz. cooked shrimp fresh or canned
3Tbsp. pineapple pieces drained
1/2 green bell pepper
2stalks celery
1 1/3cups water (to prepare rice)
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Chop pepper and celery.
3. Mix pepper and celery with rice and pineapple.
4. Check seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with shrimps.
