Ingredients

2cups UNCLE BEN’S® Instant Rice
2cans black beans drained and rinsed
1 lime cut into wedges
1tsp. cider vinegar
2tsp. caribbean spice blend
2cups vegetable broth

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine rice, vegetable broth, beans and spice blend.
2. Heat to boiling. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
3. Add cider vinegar.
4. Toss and serve with a lime wedge.
