Ingredients

1pouch UNCLE BEN’S® READY RICE® Spanish Style Rice
1cup egg beaters
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese
4medium flour tortillas
salsa

Instructions

1. Heat pan, add egg substitute or eggs and cook.
2. Add cheese on top of eggs before you remove the cooked eggs.
3. Heat rice in microwave according to package instructions.
4. Heat tortillas.
5. Place egg and salsa in middle of tortilla and fold into a burrito.
