Ingredients

1cup UNCLE BEN’S® Instant Rice
1/4cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4cup sour cream
1/4cup green onions thinly sliced
1 1/2Tbsp. butter
3Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4tsp. salt
1/4tsp. white pepper

Instructions

1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix gently. Serve immediately with salad and bread for a complete meal.

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine water, rice, salt, pepper and butter in a 2 quart microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 6 minutes. Remove and let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and stir gently to mix. Serve immediately with salad and bread for a complete meal.
