Beef Picado

Ingredients

1 UNCLE BEN’S® COUNTRY INN® Mexican Fiesta Rice
1lb. beef round steak cut into bite size cubes
1 green bell pepper cut into strips
1cup onion cut into strips
2 roma tomatoes cut into wedges
1can pinto beans
1/4cup chicken or beef broth
1tsp. barbecue or mexican seasoning
non stick cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prepare rice according to package directions.

2. Apply non-stick skillet with pan coating spray. Add beef and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until almost completely cooked. Add broth, seasoning, and vegetables to meat and cook another 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Heat pinto beans and serve with rice and picado.
