1/4cup butter
2 1/4cups water
1tsp. curry powder
salt to taste

Instructions

1. In a 2-quart casserole pan, place rice, water, salt, butter and curry powder.
2. Cover and bake at 400°F degrees in oven for 45 minutes.

For a slightly creamier rice, use 1 cup coconut milk in place of 1 cup of water.
