Ingredients
| 2 | cups UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice |
| 1 | lb. boneless pork cut into cubes |
| sour cream |
| 1 | cup shredded jack cheese |
| 1 | cup chicken broth |
| 1 | can green enchilada sauce (16 oz.) |
| 1 | sm. can Ortega diced green chiles |
Instructions
1. Brown pork and place in a 13"x9" baking dish.
2. Add enchilada sauce, chilies, rice and broth; cover tightly with aluminum foil.
3. Bake in 375 degree F oven for 50 minutes.
4. Remove foil and top with cheese, and continue baking for 10 minutes.
5. Top each portion with sour cream.
