Baked Chili Verde Pork and Rice

Ingredients

2cups UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice
1lb. boneless pork cut into cubes
sour cream
1cup shredded jack cheese
1cup chicken broth
1can green enchilada sauce (16 oz.)
1sm. can Ortega diced green chiles

Instructions

1. Brown pork and place in a 13"x9" baking dish.
2. Add enchilada sauce, chilies, rice and broth; cover tightly with aluminum foil.
3. Bake in 375 degree F oven for 50 minutes.
4. Remove foil and top with cheese, and continue baking for 10 minutes.
5. Top each portion with sour cream.
