Ingredients

1/2cup unsweetened apple juice
1tsp. ground cinnamon
1cup water

Instructions

1. Combine apple juice and water in saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add rice and cinnamon. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
