A complete meal that will leave your family full and satisfied. Cream of chicken soup, pimientos, peas and carrots help make this a wonderfully tasty dish.
Prepare rice according to package instructions.
Sauté onions in oil over medium heat. Add cream of chicken soup, carrots and peas, broth, turkey, pimientos, parsley, almonds and rice.
Transfer mixture into a 9-inch x 13-inch x 2-inch casserole dish. Combine breadcrumbs and butter and cover top of casserole. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
